Book a minimum of 80 minutes for an initial consultation.
This ensures there is enough time for an intake conversation and the first treatment.

During the intake conversation, we will discuss your current well-being and the themes you would like to work on. You will fill out an intake form before or during the appointment. It will focus on your requests for help, any complaints, and personal goals.

Based on our conversation, we will create a treatment plan consisting of three to five sessions. During a (midway) evaluation, we will review together whether the treatment will continue or be completed.

Please check your insurance policy to see whether you are eligible for reimbursement of naturopathy, psychotherapy, Eastern medicine, massage therapy, and/or energetic therapy through your supplementary health insurance. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to take a look with you.

A referral from a general practitioner is not required.

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Please note: missed appointments are not reimbursed by health insurers.

Please note that pregnancy massages and treatments solely aimed at relaxation are not covered by insurance, unless they are part of a therapeutic trajectory focused on specific complaints or health concerns.

I am affiliated with the professional association BATC (Association for Therapists and Consumers) and the umbrella organization NAP (Dutch Association for Psychotherapy). This ensures the quality of my work as a practitioner is safeguarded in the areas of practice management, education, continuing education, registration, and adherence to professional standards.

My practice is periodically reviewed by an independent agency, and there is ongoing supervision of training and peer consultation. Additionally, I am affiliated with a recognized complaints and dispute resolution committee, ensuring clients can rely on careful and transparent care.
